FamPulse is a family care and coordination application designed to help families stay connected. FamPulse may provide features such as:

• Family circle creation
• Member invitation and management
• Family reminders
• Appointment reminders
• Notifications and alerts
• Location-sharing features
• Member role management
• Family care coordination tools

FamPulse is intended to support family communication, care, reminders, and coordination. It is not a replacement for emergency services, medical advice, professional care, or legal advice.

To use FamPulse, you must be legally capable of accepting these Terms.

If you are using FamPulse on behalf of a child, dependent, elderly family member, or any other person, you confirm that you have proper permission, consent, or legal authority to do so.

Children should use FamPulse only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

To use certain features of FamPulse, you may need to create an account using information such as your name, mobile number, email address, or other required details.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account information updated
• Keep your login details confidential
• Not share your account access with unauthorized persons
• Immediately inform us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

FamPulse may allow users to create or join a family group, also called a family circle.

A family circle may include different roles such as Admin, Member, Parent, Child, Grandparent, or Family Head, depending on the app features.

The Admin or authorized member may be able to:

• Invite members
• Remove members
• Assign reminders or appointments
• View member-related information
• Manage certain family settings
• Access shared information within the family circle

By joining a family circle, you understand that certain information may be visible to other authorized members of that family circle, depending on the features and permissions enabled.

You should join or create a family circle only with people you know and trust.

FamPulse may provide location-sharing features to help family members stay connected and informed.

Location-sharing features may allow authorized family members to view your current or last known location, depending on your device permissions and app settings.

By enabling location access, you agree that:

• FamPulse may collect and process your location data
• Your location may be shared with authorized family members
• Location accuracy may vary based on device, network, GPS, and permission settings
• Location information may not always be real-time or fully accurate

You can disable location permission from your device settings. If location permission is disabled, some features of FamPulse may not work properly.

FamPulse should not be used as the only method for emergency tracking, safety monitoring, or critical care.

FamPulse may allow users to create reminders, appointment alerts, family notifications, and other time-based alerts.

You understand and agree that:

• Reminder and notification delivery may depend on device settings, internet connection, battery optimization, operating system restrictions, and notification permissions
• FamPulse cannot guarantee that every reminder, alarm, or notification will always be delivered at the exact scheduled time
• Users are responsible for verifying important reminders, appointments, medicine schedules, and care-related tasks independently

FamPulse should not be treated as a medical device, emergency alert system, or guaranteed reminder system for life-critical situations.

You agree to use FamPulse only for lawful, personal, family, and permitted purposes.

You must not:

• Use FamPulse for illegal activities
• Track or monitor any person without proper consent or legal authority
• Add false, misleading, or unauthorized information
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm another person
• Use FamPulse to invade someone’s privacy
• Attempt to access another user’s account without permission
• Interfere with the working of the app, server, or website
• Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or misuse the app
• Upload harmful code, malware, or abusive content
• Use FamPulse in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe the app is being misused.

FamPulse may involve sensitive family information, including names, relationships, reminders, appointments, and location data.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• You have consent before adding another person’s information
• You have consent before enabling location-sharing for another person
• You are authorized to manage information related to children, elderly members, or dependents
• You do not misuse the app to monitor or control another person without permission

Nathians Creations Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for disputes between family members, misuse of shared information, or unauthorized use caused by user actions.

Your use of FamPulse is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please read our Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

You may request deletion of your FamPulse account and associated data. Account deletion may be requested through:

Some information may be retained if required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

Your use of FamPulse may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third-party service providers.

Nathians Creations Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, practices, or policies of third-party services.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue FamPulse or any part of the service at any time.

We may also:

• Add new features
• Remove or modify existing features
• Change app design or functionality
• Perform maintenance
• Restrict access for technical, legal, or security reasons

We do not guarantee that FamPulse will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

You may enter or upload information into FamPulse, such as names, reminders, appointments, family details, notes, profile images, or other content.

You are responsible for the information you provide. You agree that you will not upload or share content that:

• Is false, harmful, abusive, or misleading
• Violates another person’s privacy
• Violates any law or regulation
• Contains offensive, illegal, or harmful material
• Infringes intellectual property rights

We may remove or restrict content if we believe it violates these Terms or applicable law.

FamPulse, including its name, logo, design, software, features, content, graphics, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Nathians Creations Pvt. Ltd.

You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from FamPulse without written permission from Nathians Creations Pvt. Ltd.

Using FamPulse does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights related to the app, website, or services.

FamPulse is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nathians Creations Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use FamPulse
• Delayed or missed reminders
• Incorrect or unavailable location information
• App errors, bugs, downtime, or service interruptions
• Unauthorized access to your account caused by your actions
• Family disputes or misuse by other users
• Loss of data, revenue, business, goodwill, or opportunity

You use FamPulse at your own risk.

FamPulse is a family coordination and reminder application.

FamPulse is not:

• An emergency response service
• A medical device
• A healthcare provider
• A substitute for professional medical advice
• A guaranteed safety monitoring system
• A replacement for direct supervision of children, elderly members, or dependents

For emergencies, medical concerns, or urgent safety issues, you should contact the appropriate emergency service, doctor, caregiver, or local authority.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to FamPulse if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the app
• You provide false or misleading information
• You use the app for unauthorized tracking or monitoring
• Your actions may harm other users, the app, or the company
• We are required to do so by law

You may stop using FamPulse at any time and may request account deletion as described in these Terms.

You agree to protect and hold harmless Nathians Creations Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, partners, and service providers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of FamPulse
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of another person’s information
• Your violation of privacy, consent, or applicable laws
• Content or information you submit through the app

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from or related to FamPulse, these Terms, or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

When we update these Terms, we will change the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. We may also notify users through the app, website, or email where appropriate.

Your continued use of FamPulse after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
