Child Safety Standards
FamPulse is a private family circle — not a public social network. Children use the app only with a parent or legal guardian, and only with people that family already knows and trusts.
A parent or legal guardian must create, approve, and supervise any child profile or child device on FamPulse.
Children are not discoverable by strangers. They join only when invited into a family circle you control.
Location sharing needs device permission and family intent. It is never a substitute for watching a child in person.
If a child’s information is added without consent, or you see harmful use, tell us. We review and act.
How a child enters FamPulse
An adult creates the family circle and remains responsible for who is inside it.
There is no public search for children. Access comes from a family invitation you send.
Parents, children and other members have different roles so adults can manage reminders, invites and settings.
Reminders, appointments and location (if enabled) are meant for authorised family members only.
Standards we hold
Children should use FamPulse only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Adults who add a child’s name, photo, reminders or location confirm they have the right to do so.
We do not knowingly collect a child’s personal information without that consent. Ask us to review or delete child-related data at any time.
You must not use FamPulse to harass, exploit, groom, sexually abuse, or otherwise harm a child. Child sexual abuse and exploitation material is strictly prohibited.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, our Terms, or the law, and we may report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.
Location sharing can show a last-known or current position to authorised family members. Accuracy depends on GPS, network and device settings. Turn it off in device permissions at any time.
FamPulse must not be the only way you keep a child safe. For emergencies, call local emergency services.
Family information stays inside the circle you build. We do not sell personal data. Read how we handle children’s information in our Privacy Policy.
Account and data deletion can be requested in the app, on our deletion page, or by email.
Report a child-safety concern
Contact us if a child’s profile was created without permission, if someone is misusing location or family data, or if you believe a child is at risk through the app. We will review the report and take appropriate action, including removing content or restricting access.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Then write to us.
